John Scukanec grew up in Vancouver, WA, and went to college at Washington State University and played Football for the Cougars from 1991-1995 as an Offensive Lineman. He currently lives in Washougal, WA, with his wife of 27 years, Heather, who was also a Coug. John and Heather have two sons, JR (25) and Jackson (20, and also a Coug). He started playing baseball catch once a day almost 3 years ago after seeing the idea on social media. His journey with a baseball and two gloves over the last 1000+ days has been epic.
